I have been practicing law since 1976. Most of that time has been doing either criminal trial work or, a vast majority of it, civil trial experience. That experience helps me to better represent my clients.
Our job is to present a story. And that story is not just a recitation of facts. We get to know the client. We get to know how this injury has affected them. And with all that information, we develop the real story behind the injury. And that is what we present to the adjustor or jury.
